My Story

We are going to write spine poems tomorrow in. Creative Writing.  We will move around the library, choosing books whose titles can be used as lines in a poem.  I decided to make my poem my story.  Here are the books I chose.

My Story

The heart of the matter -

Who am I without him?

The long valley,

The broken bridge.

The notebook - 

A cry in the dark -

Breakthroughs,

Out of shadows.

Prayed up,

Keeping faith.

How I live now -  

Shine!
